Ordinance No. 1573 Page Two "Chapter 1.10 CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE Section 1.10,010 Model Code adopted by reference. Except as otherwise provided in this Chapter, the Model Conflict of Interest Code, as adopted by the Fair Political Practices Commission (2 Cal. Code of Regulations, S 18730), and any properly adopted amendments thereto, are hereby incorporated by reference and shall constitute the Conflict of Interest Code of the City of Pleasanton. The City Clerk shall maintain at all times three copies of said Code. Section 1.10,020 Statements of Economic Interests The officials and employees designated in section 1.10,030 of this Chapter shall file statements of economic interests with the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton. Upon receipt of the statements of the City Council, Planning Commission, Design Review Board, City Manager, City Attorney, and employees making decisions relating to financial investments, the City Clerk shall make and retain a copy and forward the original of these statements to the Fair Political Practices Commission. The City Clerk shall retain statements for all other designated employees. Section 1.10.30 Disclosure Cateqories The following disclosure categories are hereby adopted: DISCLOSURE CATEGORY 1 Designated officials and employees in this disclosure category shall disclose all sources of income, interests in real property, and investments and business positions in business entities. DISCLOSURE CATEGORY 2 Designated officials and employees in this disclosure category shall disclose all investments and business positions in business entities, and sources of income which provide services, supplies, materials, machinery or equipment of the type utilized by the City of Pleasanton.
