The applicant shall pay a pro-rata share, as determined by the City Engineer, of the ultimate widening of Stanley Boulevard from California Avenue to Valley Avenue, including but not limited to the construction of the remaining portions of 2 east bound travel lanes and a disabled vehicle lane, the extension of the median island (including the installation of the appropriate irrigation and landscaping), the removal and reconstruction of the existing bike lane on the south side with a new 8 foot wide concrete sidewalk (approximately 300 feet); and the construction of a bus turnout and shelter at intersection of California Avenue and Stanley Boulevard.
