Ordinance No. 1693 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves Case PUD-96-13, the appl,ication of Delta Properties for <br /> 1) Planned Unit Development rezoning to permit additional commercial <br /> uses for this site within the Pleasanton Park PUD, as shown on Exhibit A-1 <br /> (Expanded List of Permitted and Conditionally Permitted Commercial <br /> Uses) attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, in addition <br /> to the permitted and conditionally permitted uses listed in Ordinance 1044 <br /> for PUD-82-12); and 2) and developmere plan approval to construct an <br /> approximately 49,250 square foot retail center, a 126-suite hotel (66,800 <br /> square foot Candlewood Hotel), a 2,900 square foot fast food restaurant <br /> (In-n-Out Burger), and a maximum 8,500 square foot restaurant on an <br /> approximately nine-acre site located o the northeast comer of Owens Drive <br /> and Johnson Drive, subject to the conditions shown on "Exhibit B" attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed <br /> pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66. <br /> <br /> Section 3: A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) <br /> days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general <br /> circulation published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance <br /> shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption. <br /> <br />Section 4: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final <br /> passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City ~f Pleasanton on <br /> September 10, 1996. <br /> <br /> <br />
