Ordinance No. 1691 <br /> Page Two <br /> <br /> Section 3: Approves the development plan to construct 11 clustered, single-family <br /> homes on an approximately 1.66 acre parcel located at 4110 Del Valle <br /> Parkway, subject to the conditions shown on "Exhibit B", attached hereto <br /> and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> Section 4: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed <br /> pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66. <br /> <br /> Section 5: A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) <br /> days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general <br /> circulation published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance <br /> shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen <br />' (15) days after its adoption. <br /> <br /> Section 6: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final <br /> passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on <br /> September 3, 1996. <br /> <br /> <br />
