CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1691 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION <br /> OF PATCO ENTERPRISES FOR PLANNED UNIT <br /> DEVELOPMENT REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT <br /> PLAN APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE <br /> PUD-96-09 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Patco Enterprises has applied for Planned Unit Development rezoning to <br /> PUD-Medium Density Residential and development plan approval to <br /> construct 11 clustered, single-family homes on an approximately 1.66 acre <br /> parcel located at 4110 Del Valle Parkway; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is A (Agriculture) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was <br /> adopted by Council on September 3, 1996; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for <br /> approval for the development plan and rezoning; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on September 3, 1996; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the development plan and rezoning are <br /> consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton; <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 1.66 acre parcel located at 4110 <br /> Del Valle Parkway, between Del Valley Parkway and the Arroyo Del Valle <br /> from the A (Agriculture) District to the PUD-MDR (Planned Unit <br /> Development-Medium Density Residential) District. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, 1960, on file <br /> with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts <br /> is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map No. 43 1, attached hereto as Exhibit <br /> "C", dated September 3, 1996, and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
