Ordinance No. 1598 (pertaining to an amendment to Condition No. 18 of <br /> Ordinance 1227 to correct a technical error in the published ordinance) is <br /> modified to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "18. That the La Petite Academy structure may be used for child care or office <br /> uses only. The permitted uses for Building No. 5 (5737 Valley Avenue) shall be <br /> non-high parking demand office uses only. The existing two retail businesses <br /> may remain; however, subsequent tenants shall be office uses only." <br /> <br />HI. Except as modified by the conditions above, all conditions of Cases PUD-85-10 through <br /> PUD-85-10-3M shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br /> <br />
