Ordinance No. 1674 <br />Page 9 <br /> <br /> C. The Chair or any three members of the Housing Authority <br /> Commission may call a special meeting, provided that the only <br /> business transacted shall be limited to items and subjects set forth in <br /> the notice of special meeting. Written notice shall be given forty- <br /> eight (48) hours in advance of the special meetings to the following: <br /> each Commissioner, local newspapers of general circulation, and <br /> anyone who has filed a written request for notice. <br /> <br /> D. All meetings shall be conducted in accordance with Robert' s Rules <br /> of Order Revised. <br /> <br /> E. All resolutions shall be in writing. <br /> <br /> F. Four members present shall constitute a quorum for the transaction <br /> of business at any meeting of the Housing Authority Commission. <br /> Action may be taken upon a majority of the quorum. <br /> <br /> G. The Housing Authority Commission, with majority approval, may <br /> recommend that the Board of Directors adopt and/or amend the <br /> bylaws." <br /> <br /> Section 4: A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) <br /> days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general <br /> circulation published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance <br /> shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption. <br /> <br /> Section 5: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final <br /> passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
