Ordinance No. 1674 <br />Page 8 <br /> <br /> -C. Qualifications. <br /> <br /> 1. All members must be Pleasanton residents. <br /> <br /> 2. Two members shall be residents of projects operated by the <br /> Housing Authority, one of whom shall be 62 years of age or <br /> older. When qualified applicants are available, the two <br /> members shall be from different projects. <br /> <br /> D. Terms. The members shall serve their terms consistent with the City <br /> Council resolution concerning term limits for Commission members <br /> provided, however, that the project resident member(s) shall serve <br /> no more than two, two year terms. <br /> <br /> 2.36.032 POwers of the HOusing Authority COmmission <br /> <br /> A. Except for the actions specifically reserved to the Board of Directors <br /> in subsection D of section 2.36.020 of this Chapter, the Housing <br /> Authority Commission shall be empowered to take any action as <br /> required by federal or state law to carry on the business of the <br /> Housing Authority. <br /> <br /> B. All powers in this section shall pertain to future housing projects <br /> governed by the Housing Authority provided the Board of Directors <br /> and/or City Council has approved such action. <br /> <br /> 2,36.070 Meetings <br /> <br /> A. Meetings shall comply in all respects with section 54950 et seq of <br /> the Government Code, commonly known as the Ralph M. Brown <br /> Act. <br /> <br /> B. Regular meetings of the Housing Authority Commission shall be held <br /> at least annually with time, place and date set by resolution of the <br /> Housing Authority Commission. <br /> <br /> <br />
