Said Code is the Uniform Plumbing Code, <br /> 1994 Edition, and Appendix Chapters A, B, <br /> C, D, F, H and I, published by the <br /> International Association of Plumbing and <br /> Mechanical Officials. Three copies of <br /> this Code are on file with the City Clerk <br /> for use by the public. <br /> <br /> (Subsection C, no change.) <br /> <br /> 20.12.015 Fees <br /> <br /> Section 103.4.1 of the Uniform Plumbing Code <br /> is hereby deleted. The fees for said Code <br /> shall be as set forth in the City of <br /> Pleasanton Schedule of Fees and Charges. <br /> <br /> (Sections 20.12.020 through 20.12.130, inclusive, <br /> no change.) <br /> <br /> 20.12.135 Deletions. <br /> <br /> Sections 410.7 and 603.2.2 (General <br /> Requirements) of the Uniform Plumbing Code are <br /> deleted. <br /> <br /> 20.12.140 Section 710.1 amended - Drainage of <br /> Certain Fixture. <br /> <br /> Section 710.1 of the Uniform Plumbing Code as <br /> is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> Drainage piping serving fixtures which have <br /> flood level rims less than twelve (12) inches <br /> (304.8mm) above the elevation of the next <br /> upstream manhole and/or flushing inlet cover <br /> at the public or private sewer system serving <br /> such drainage piping shall be protected from <br /> back flow of sewage by installing an approved <br /> type backwater valve. Fixtures above such <br /> elevation shall not discharge through the <br /> backwater valve, unless first approved by the <br /> Administrative Authority." <br /> <br /> Section 4. Chapter 20.16 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code, as <br /> amended, is hereby further amended to read as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> "20.16o010 Uniform Mechanical Code adopted. <br /> (Subsection A, no change.) <br /> <br /> <br />
