The access easement over Parcel 2 for the existing home on Parcel I shall be abandoned <br />" upon demand by the City after the construction of the East/West collector street or other <br /> approved public or private street gives approved access to Parcel 1, and access to the <br /> existing home on Parcel 1 shall be from said street. The details of this requirement shall <br /> be shown on any subdivision application and shall be reviewed and approved by the City <br /> Engineer. The requirement for this easement abandonment shall be placed on the deeds <br /> for Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 to the satisfaction of the City Attorney. <br /> <br /> 9. In order to effectuate the subdivision of the property, a parcel map application must be <br /> filed by the applicant subject to approval by the City. <br /> <br /> 10. Parcel I shall conform to the requirements, uses, and standards of the R-I-40,000 zoning <br /> di~u~ct. As pan of any parcel map application, all applicable yards must be clearly <br /> defined. Parcel 2 shall be considered a pre-exis~ng parcel for purposes of the North <br /> Sycamore Specific Plan and, as suck, the keeping of farm animals will be permitted only <br /> until the parcel subdivides pursuant the North Sycamore Specific Plan requirements. <br /> <br /> EXHIBIT "B" <br /> Conditions of Approval PUD-95-05 PaSe 2 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
