Development shall be substantially. as shown on the development plans, Exhibit "A", dated <br /> "Received September 6, 1995" on file with the Planning Department, except as modified <br /> by the following conditions. Minor changes to the plans may be allowed subject to the <br /> approval of the Planning Director if found to be in substantial conformance to the <br /> approved exhibits. <br /> <br /> 2. Parcel 2 shall not be further subdivided until such time that an area-wide infrastrucm~ <br /> ~st apportionment plan is developed for the North Sycamore Plan area, access m <br /> East~est collector is available pursuant to the requirements of the North Sycamore <br /> Specific Plan, and until a PUD development plan is approved for that parcel. <br /> <br /> 3. Parcel 2 shall assume the Funding Developers' responsibilities for the North Sycamore <br /> Plan ar~ as detailed in the North Sycamore Specific Plan; all funding requirernems for <br /> Parcel 1 are wa.nsferred to Parcel 2, so that the obligation of the present single lot will be <br /> the obligation in the future solely ofParc. t.l 2. <br /> <br /> 4. The existing septic system shall be removed and Parcel 1 shall be conne~ed to the Cites <br /> sanira7 sewer system upon demand by the City after the public sanil~y sewer system has <br /> been installed in the area.
