Any off-site sign erected on a developed residential <br /> property shall be considered as one of the allowable off-site <br /> directional signs. <br /> <br /> 7. Such signs may be maintained for a period of at least one year, <br /> after which time an extension may be approved by the Zoning <br /> Administrator upon reapplication. All signs shall be removed <br /> within 30 days after the sale of the last unit in the subdivision. <br /> <br /> 12. Prior to erecting any subdivision sign approved by the Zoning <br /> Administrator, a cash bond or letter of credit for surety in the <br /> amount of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for each sign shall <br /> be posted by the applicant. The applicant shall file, as well, a <br /> written statement by the property owner authorizing construction <br /> of an off-site subdivision sign on the property and authorizing both <br /> the applicant and the City to go onto the property at any time to <br /> remove the sign. In case of failure to perform or comply with any <br /> term or provision pertaining to such sign, the Zoning <br /> Administrator may declare the bond or letter of credit forfeited and <br /> order the sign removed. Upon expiration of the sign approval and <br /> satisfactory removal of the sign by the applicant, the bond shall be <br /> released by the Zoning Administrator upon the applicant's request. <br /> <br /> D.
