Co) Processing and checking all maps, plans, land use permits, building <br />permits and specifications and other plans relating to the development of the Project filed by <br />Panners as necessary for the completion of the Project. <br /> <br /> 8. Final Subdivision Maps. Final subdivision maps may be processed by Partners <br />either as a single Final Subdivision Map or in phases. <br /> <br /> 9. Certificate of Comoliance. Pwmptly upon completion of any major phase or a <br />major portion of any major phase of the Project, the County and/or City shall, at Partner's <br />request, provide Partners with a Certificate of Compliance. Such Certificate shall be in <br />recordable form and shall be a conclusive determination that Parreefs has complied with each <br />of its obligations under this Agreement with respect to such phase or portion thereof. <br /> 10. Cooveration Amon_~ Pardes and Other A_~encies. The development of the Project <br /> will require actions by and, possibly agreements with, other private and public and quasi-public <br /> entities. These include, but are not limited to, the Army Corps of Engineers, California <br /> Department of Fish and Game, the Alameda County Mosquito Abatement District, the Alameda <br /> County Fire Patrol, the Pleasanton Unified School District, the Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board, Zone 7 and providers of utilities and owners of utility lines and easements. County and <br /> City shall cooperate with Parmers to assist in obtaining such actions and agreements as may be <br /> requested by Parmen in the manner and within such times as may be required. <br /> <br /> 11. A~nual Review. <br /> <br /> 11.1 Annual Review. County, and after annexation City, and Partners shall <br /> review this agreement and all actions taken pursuant to it annually during each year of the term, <br /> unless the County, City and Partners agree to conduct the review at another time if consistent <br /> with Resolution No. R-86-953, or successor, and Government Code Section 65865.1 or <br /> successor. The review shall be for the purpose set forth in Government Code Section 65865.1. <br /> I 1.2 P~:nerz Submission. The County., and after annexation City, shall initiate <br /> each periodic review by written notice to the Partners, not less man sixty (60) days prior to each <br /> anniversary of the effective ate of this Agreement. After such notice, and within the sixty-day <br /> period to each anniversary of the effective date of this Agreement, Partners shall submit a letter <br /> ('Compliance Letter") to the Board of Supervisors of County or the City Council of City, <br /> describing Parmen' good faith compliance with the terms of PD 1837 and PD 1949, as modified <br /> by Exhibit 'B*, 'E" and 'F" and this Agreement during the preceding year. The Compliance <br /> Letter shall include a statement that the Compliance Letter is submitted to the County and/or <br /> City pursuant to the requirements of Government Code Section 65865.1 and Resolution No. R- <br /> 86-953. <br /> <br /> 11.3 County_ and/or City Findings. Within sixty (60) days after receipt of <br /> Partners' Compliance Letter, the Board ~f Supervisors and/or City Council shall consider the <br /> <br /> <br />
