Ordinance No. 1640 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br /> Development) - LDR (Low Density Residential) district; and 3) the development <br /> plan for one single-family detached unit on a 1.0 acre site and one existing single- <br /> family detached house on a 1.58 acre site to conform to the Stoneridge Drive <br /> Specific Plan, subject to the conditions on "Exhibit B" attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. The overall project site is located <br /> southeasterly of Stoneridge Drive at the intersection of Glen Isle Drive and <br /> Newton Way. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the <br /> City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby <br /> amended by Zoning Unit Map No. 424, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" , dated <br /> October 4, 1994, and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> Section 3: A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days <br /> after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation <br /> published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted <br /> for fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> Section 4: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage <br /> and adoption. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on October 4, <br /> 1994. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on October 18, <br /> 1994 by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers- Dennis, Mohr, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Scribner <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> pegg~7~ ~zi~l'ro, Ci~r ~lerk <br /> <br /> APPROVED AS TO <br /> <br /> Michael H.
