CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1640 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF <br /> PINN BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION FOR A MAJOR <br /> MODIFICATION TO AN APPROVED PUD PLAN, <br /> REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AS <br /> FILED UNDER CASE PUD-91-15-1M <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pinn Brothers Construction has applied for a major modification to an approved <br /> PUD plan to allow 46 small-lot single-family detached units on an approximately <br /> 6.6 acre site in lieu of 48 paired single-family units (duets) previously approved, <br /> and to fezone 2.58 acres from PUD (Planned Unit Development) - MDR and <br /> HDR (Medium Density Residential and High Density Residential) district to PUD <br /> (Planned Unit Development) - LDR (Low Density Residential) district and for <br /> development plan approval for one single-family detached unit on a 1.0 acre site <br /> and one existing single-family detached house on a 1.58 acre site to conform to <br /> the Stoneridge Drive Specific Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commissions recommendations for approval of the <br /> proposed major modification to the approved planned unit development, and the <br /> rezoning and development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on October 4, 1994; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the new development proposed for the site is well <br /> designed and will result in an attractive addition to the Stoneridge Drive area and <br /> that the rezoning and development plan is consistent with the Stoneridge Drive <br /> Specific Plan and the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed project is covered by the Stoneridge Drive Specific Plan <br /> Environmental Impact Report; therefore no additional environmental document <br /> was prepared for this application; and <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves Case PUD-91-15-1M, the application of Pinn Brothers Construction for <br /> 1) a major modification to an approved PUD plan to allow 46 small-lot single- <br /> family detached units on an approximately 6.6 acre site in lieu of 48 paired <br /> single-family units (duets) previously approved; 2) rezoning of 2.58 acres from <br /> PUD (Planned Unit Development) - MDR and HDR (Medium Density Residential <br /> and High Density Residential) district to PUD (Planned Unit <br /> <br /> <br />
