property precedes this project, the applicant shall <br /> arrange with the Chu/Choi/Gahrahamt project developer to <br /> install the portion of the Stoneridge Drive soundwall <br /> along Lot Nos. 1 through 4, to be reimbursed by the <br /> applicant. If construction of this project precedes <br /> development of the Chu/Choi/Gahrahmat property, then <br /> this developer shall install the soundwall. <br /> <br /> The soundwall shall be the maintained by the private <br /> homeowners of these properties. Before recordation of <br /> the final subdivision map, the developer shall provide <br /> to the City Attorney for review and approval the deed <br /> restrictions on these lots describing the soundwall <br /> maintenance responsibility. <br /> <br />f. The applicant shall submit detailed landscape and irri- <br /> gation plans as part of the tract improvement plans. <br /> These plans should include, where applicable, a street <br /> tree planting plan and landscape plans for medians, <br /> buffer strips, and any right-of-way landscape areas. <br /> The irrigation plan shall provide for automatic con- <br /> trols. <br /> <br />g.
