Ordinance No. 1636 Page 3 Section 7: Section 18.88.030 (Schedule for Off-Street Parking Requirements) of the Pleasanton Municipal Code is amended to read as follows: "A. Dwellings and lodgings. (subparagraphs 1 - 6, no change) 7. Small Bed and Breakfasts and Bed and Breakfast Inns shall have at least one space for each guest sleeping room plus at least one space for each employee on maximum shift. In addition, at least two parking spaces, one of which must be covered, shall be provided for residents of Small Bed and Breakfasts and Bed and Breakfast Inns; the Zoning Administrator may require only one parking space, which may be uncovered, for a resident manager of a Bed and Breakfast Inn." Section 8.: Section 18.96.040 (Signs in A or R Districts) is amended to read as follows: "No sign or outdoor advertising structure shall be permitted in an A or R district except the following: (Paragraphs A - I, no change) J. One identification sign, not directly lighted, not exceeding six square feet or six feet in height, on the site of a Small Bed and Breakfast or Bed and Breakfast Inn." Section 9: Section 18.96.060 (Signs in C and I Districts) is amended to read as follows: "No sign or outdoor advertising structure shall be permitted in a C or I district except the following: (Paragraph A - L, no change) M. One identification sign, not directly lighted, not exceeding six square feet or six feet in height, on the site of a Bed and Breakfast Inn." Section 10: Chapter 18.124 (Conditional Uses) is amended by adding a new Article III, Use Permits for Small Bed and Breakfasts and Bed and Breakfast Inns, to read as follows:
