The details for the private roadway, an emergency vehicle access <br /> from Foothill Road near the southern end of the adjacent Thomas <br /> subdivision, utilities, and the Fire Department turnaround, to <br /> serve this site shall be shown on the Minor Subdivision Map (PM <br /> 6261) for the adjacent four-lot Thomas development submitted for <br /> review and approval by the Staff Review Board. The Fire <br /> Department turnaround on Lot 5 shall be designed in such a manner <br /> as to clearly distinguish it from the adjacent driveway area <br /> whether this be completed through the use of different paving <br /> materials, pavement markings, etc. The design of this area shall <br /> be such that it is clear that no parking shall occur within the <br /> area of the Fire Department turnaround. The details of this <br /> approved turnaround and driveway design shall also be shown on <br /> the plans submitted for the issuance of a building permit for <br /> this structure. <br /> <br />8. At no time shall a tennis court or sportcour~ be constructed on <br /> the proposed lot (Lot 5). <br /> <br />9.
