The following all equal zero (0) vehicle trip- <br /> days: <br /> <br /> (i) Public transit (bus, light rail, ferry, <br /> Caltrain, BART) <br /> <br /> (ii) Private buspool or club bus <br /> (iii) Bicycle <br /> <br /> (iv) Walking and other non-motorized <br /> transportation modes <br /> <br /> (v) Employees telecommuting (only on the days <br /> those employees are telecommuting for the <br /> entire day) <br /> <br /> (vi) Employees who work a compressed work week <br /> schedule (only on their compressed day[s] <br /> off) <br /> <br /> (vii) Disabled employee vehicles at all times <br />17.24.080 CITY EVALUATION OF CITYWIDE TSM PROGRESS <br /> <br /> A. Review of Citywide TSM Progress. The Pleasanton <br /> Coordinator shall review compliance with the <br /> requirements of this ordinance. Said review shall <br /> include review of (i) TSM Programs and Information <br /> Programs, (ii) annual reports, (iii) the result of the <br /> City's intersection monitoring program, (iv) employer <br /> surveys, and (v) the programs and progress of the TSM <br /> Task Force. <br /> <br /> B. Report to City Council and TSM Task Force. The <br /> Pleasanton Coordinator shall yearly submit a summary <br /> report to the City Council and TSM Task Force describing <br /> the results as of that date of the TSM programs, a <br /> general summary of the programs of the TSM Task Force and <br /> their prospects for success, and the relationship of the <br /> TSM programs to the goals of this ordinance. The <br /> Pleasanton Coordinator and/or the TSM Task Force may <br /> recommend any changes to this ordinance as may be <br /> necessary to meet the goals established herein. <br /> <br /> 19 <br /> <br /> <br />
