14. All conditions and requirements contained within the <br /> environmental mitigation agreement, dated February 25, 1992, <br /> approved by the California Department of Fish and Game on <br /> April 20, 1992 shall be strictly followed. In addition, the <br /> duties of the Environmental Master shall be expanded to <br /> include the responsibilities associated with the <br /> establishment of the improved stock pond area. <br /> <br /> 15. The Environmental Master shall prepare a draft of the <br /> required nature preservation awareness brochure pursuant to <br /> Condition No. 23.e of PUD-90-19. This brochure shall be <br /> submitted to the Planning Director for review and approval. <br /> <br />16. In the event that the existing spring boxes that serve the <br /> Sorensen property are located on the Moller property, the <br /> applicant shall grant an easement to allow the spring boxes <br /> to be retained and used. The specific details of this <br /> easement shall be approved by the City Attorney prior to the <br /> recordation of any final map. <br /> <br />17. Prior to final map approval, a water supply plan shall be <br /> submitted to the City Engineer for review and approval. <br /> Should project proponents wish to construct their own tank, <br /> then the water supply plan shall include a site location, <br /> tank size, road requirements, geotechnical review, pumping <br /> requirements, and all other associated infrastructure <br /> requirements. This tank shall serve the requirements of the <br /> Garms and/or Presley tanks. The developer shall be eligible <br /> for reimbursement on a pro rata basis from all other shared <br /> users. <br /> <br />18. The developer shall grant an open offer of dedication to the <br /> City for a non-specific public'trail and staging area <br /> easement generally over that portion of the site located <br /> between the intersection of the private Joel/Glenn/et al. <br /> easement and "B" Court and the southwest corner of the <br /> property. The open offer of dedication shall be shown and <br /> described on the final map and shall be reviewed and <br /> approved by the City Engineer prior to approval of any final <br /> map. <br /> <br /> Page 3 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
