Ordinance No. 1605 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 2: Section 1 (part) of Ordinance No. 1370 and Section <br /> 19.44. 080 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code are amended to <br /> read as follows: <br /> <br /> "19 · 44 · 080 Determination of fair market value. <br /> <br /> For purposes of this Chapter, an annual fair market <br /> value shall be determined by the city council. When a <br /> fee is to be paid in lieu of land dedication, the value <br /> of off-site improvments for single-family and multi- <br /> family units shall be as set forth in the Master Fee <br /> Schedule." <br /> <br />Section 3: A summary of this ordinance shall be published once <br /> within fifteen ( 15 ) days after its adoption in "The <br /> Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation <br /> published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete <br /> ordinance shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the <br /> City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its <br /> adoption. <br /> <br />Section 4: This ordinance shall be effective sixty (60) days <br /> after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br />RE-INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Pleasanton on September 1, 1993. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on September 7, 1993 by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Mohr, Pico, Scribner, and Mayor <br /> Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: ~C.
