Ordinance No. 1599 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves Case PUD-80-1-7M, the application of Tri- <br /> Valley Chinese Bible Church for a major modification to <br /> an approved planned unit development (PUD-80-1) for <br /> Valley Business Park to modify a condition of approval to <br /> allow church uses to operate on weekends, and beyond the <br /> 7:00 p.m. time limit currently imposed on weekdays, for <br /> those properties within the Valley Business Park which <br /> abut the residences on Kolln Street, subject to the <br /> conditions shown on Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made <br /> part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: A summary of this ordinance shall be published once <br /> within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The <br /> Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation <br /> published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete <br /> ordinance shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the <br /> City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its <br /> adoption. <br /> <br />Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days <br /> after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on July 20, 1993. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on August 3, 1993 by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Mohr, Pico, Scribner, and Mayor <br /> Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None ~--~-z-~ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ~C.
