Ordinance No. 1596 <br />Page Three <br /> <br />Section 5: This ordinance shall terminate and be of no further <br /> force and effect as of March 31, 1994, unless by that <br /> date the City has either refunded the non-limited <br /> obligation bonds on the lands covered by this amendment <br /> or, in the opinion of the City Council, the risk to the <br /> City's surplus funds, if any, presented by the non- <br /> limited feature of said bonds, has been reduced or <br /> eliminated. Such event of refunding or opinion shall be <br /> evidenced by the execution on behalf of the City of a <br /> recordable certificate stating this condition has been <br /> satisfied. In the event this ordinance terminates as <br /> provided in this section, the PUD ordinance in effect as <br /> of the date of this ordinance shall be in full force and <br /> effect according to its terms and conditions. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on June 1, 1993. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on June 15, 1993 by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Mohr, Pico, Scribner, and Mayor <br /> Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Pegg~ ~.~/E~idro~Cit~ Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS <br /> <br />Michael H.
