Ordinance No. 1596 <br />Page Two <br /> <br /> 7) make other clarifying and updating changes to the <br /> Design Guidelines; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD-I/C-O (Planned Unit <br /> Development) - Industrial/Commercial and Office District, <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative <br /> declaration was adopted by Council on June 1, 1993; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendations for approval of the proposed major <br /> modification to the approved planned unit development; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on June 1, 1993; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed PUD modification <br /> is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City <br /> of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves Case pUD-81-30-27M/PUD-85-8-9M, the <br /> application of Prudential Insurance Company for a major <br /> modification to an approved Planned Unit Development to <br /> modify the conditions of approval of Ordinance No. 1325, <br /> subject to the conditions on "Exhibit B" attached hereto <br /> and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of <br /> Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of <br /> Resolution No. 77-66. <br /> <br /> Section 3: A summary of this ordinance shall be published once <br /> within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Tri- <br /> Valley Herald," a newspaper of general circulation <br /> published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete <br /> ordinance shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the <br /> City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> Section 4: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days <br /> after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
