Ordinance No. 1590 <br /> Page Two <br /> <br /> Section 3: Approves the development plan to allow the construction <br /> of a nine-unit single-family residential development over <br /> a 3~ acre site (two separate parcels) located at 1605 <br /> Rose Avenue, on the north side of the intersection of <br /> Rose Avenue and Rose Lane, subject to the conditions <br /> shown on Exhibit "B", attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> Section 4: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of <br /> Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of <br /> Resolution No. 77-66. <br /> <br /> Section 5: A summary of this ordinance shall be published once <br /> within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Tri- <br /> Valley Herald,,, a newspaper of general circulation <br /> published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete <br /> ordinance shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the <br /> City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> Section 6: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days <br /> <br />· after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Pleasanton on March 2, 1993. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Pleasanton on March 16, 1993 by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Mohr, Pico, and Scribner <br /> NOES: Mayor Tarver <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None ~J~~J_/,~/~___ <br /> ATTEST: ~z~%N C.
