CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF pLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1590 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF DAVID JONES FOR PIeD UNIT DE~FELOPMENT REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVkL AS FILED UI~DER CASE PUD-90-12 WHEREAS, David Jones has applied for planned unit development rezoning for one acre of land (APN 946-3475-6), and development plan approval to construct a nine-unit single-family residential development over a 3~ acre site (2 separate parcels) located at 1605 Rose Avenue (APN 946-3475-5 and 946-3475-6), on the north side of the intersection of Rose Avenue and Rose Lane; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is Agricultural/PUD-Medium Density Residential) District; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on February 16, 1993; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's reco~Lmendations for approval of the rezoning and development plan; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on February 16, 1993 and March 2, 1993; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed project is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF pLEAS~NTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the rezoning of one acre of land from the ' Agricultural zoning district to the PUD (Planned Unit development) - MDR (Medium Density Residential) (APN 946-3475-6)- Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated ' April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map No. 421, attached hereto as Exhibit "A", dated March 2, 1993, and incorporated herein by this reference.
