21. All backflow prevention devices installed with the <br /> development shall be painted forest green (Pantone Color <br /> System Number 2030) and shall be screened with shrubbery. <br /> The shrubbery shall be of a species and planted a= a density <br /> to sanisfactorily screen the device and shall be designed <br /> blend with adjacent landscaping. All such devices shall be <br /> shown on =he plans submitted for issuance of building <br /> permits. The adequacy of such screening shall be determined <br /> by the Planning Director prior to issuance of building <br /> permits. <br /> <br /> 22.
