c. the top and toe of all retaining wall elevations. <br /> <br /> The record grading plan is to be submitted to the Director of Building Inspection before <br /> the first house final. <br /> <br />39. The soils engineer shall certify the pad compactions of all lots containing fill to the satis- <br /> faction of the Director of Building Inspection prior to the issuance of building permits. <br /> <br />40. The developer shall submit two (2) copies of the site soils report to the Director of Build- <br /> ing Inspection for third party peer review and shall pay for such review at the time speei- <br /> fled by the Director, but in all cases before the issuance of a grading permit. <br /> <br />41. A sanitary sewer sampling manhole shall be provided on each of the sanitary sewer lateral <br /> from each building, unless otherwise waived by the Director of Building Inspection. <br /> <br />42. Building and situs plans are to be submitted to the Building Department on computer disk <br /> in a format approved by the Director. Digitized information shall be submitted before re- <br /> questing a final inspection and should reflect as-built situs and architectural information as <br /> approved by the Director. <br /> <br /> Construction Requirements: <br /> <br />43. All site improvements and house construction activities shall be limited to the hours of <br /> 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. All construction equipment must meet <br /> DMV noise standards and shall be equipped with muffling devices. <br /> <br />44. At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as living or <br /> sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be removed from the site <br /> at the end of each work day. <br /> <br /> 45. Final inspection by the Planning Department is required prior to occupancy. <br /> <br /> 46. If archeological materials are uncovered during grading, trenching, or other on-site exca- <br /> vation, all work on site shall be stopped and the City immediately notified. The county <br /> coroner and the Native American Heritage Commission shall also be notified and proce- <br /> dures followed as required in Appendix "K" of the California Environmental Quality Act <br /> (CEQA). A similar note shall appear on the improvement plans. <br /> <br /> 47.
