Ordinance No. 1701 <br /> Page 4 <br /> <br /> N. "Pleasanton Mobilehome Committee" or "PMC" is a committee established to <br /> improve communications, identify problems and attempt to resolve any problems <br /> which may exist within each mobilehome park. <br /> <br /> (Subsection O, no change.) <br /> <br /> P. "Real Property Taxes" are the real property taxes which appear on the Alameda <br /> County tax bill for the park and which are paid between October 1 of one year and <br /> September 30 of the following year. <br /> <br /> (Re-letter existing subsections P (Service Reduction), Q (Space Rent) and R <br /> (Transfer of Ownership) to Q, R and S; otherwise, no change.) <br /> <br /> 6.60.030 Pleasanton Mobilehome Committee <br /> <br /> A. Five Members. The Pleasanton Mobilehome Committee shall consist of five <br /> members. <br /> <br /> B. Tenant Members. Two regular members of the PMC shall be elected by the <br /> home owners. One member shall be from the Vineyard Mobile Villa and one <br /> member shall be from the Hacienda Mobilehome Park. An alternate member shall <br /> be elected from either the Fairview Trailer Park or the Pleasanton Mobilehome <br /> Park. Every other year, all home owners will be sent a notice asking if they have <br /> an interest in serving on the PMC. Anyone who expresses an interest will be <br />· placed on a ballot. Each home owner will be sent a ballot with candidates from <br /> that home owner's park. The candidate from the Vineyard Mobile Villa and from <br /> the Hacienda Mobilehome Park receiving the largest number of votes shall serve <br /> on the PMC until their successors are elected. The candidate from the Fairview <br /> Trailer Park and the Pleasanton Mobilehome Park receiving the largest number of <br /> votes shall serve as the alternate. <br /> <br /> C. Park Owner Members. Two regular members of the PMC shall be Park <br /> Owners or their designated representatives. The Park Owners shall by majority <br /> vote designate their two members and if only one or no person receives a majority <br /> vote, then members shall be designated by lot from among the Park Owners. <br /> <br /> D. Fifth Member. The fifth regular member of the PMC shall be selected by the <br /> other four members. <br /> <br /> E. Meetings. The PMC shall meet as necessary to organize itself, establish a <br /> mechanism for keeping minutes of its meetings, establish rules for conducting its <br /> business, and determine when it will meet. Minutes of the meetings shall be <br /> prepared. <br /> <br /> <br />
