44. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall pay the applicable Zone 7 and <br /> City connection fees and water meter cost for any water meters, including irrigation <br /> meters. Additionally, the developer shall pay any applicable DSRSD sewer permit fee. <br /> <br />45. Building and sims plans are to be submitted to the Building Department on computer disk <br /> in a format approved by the Director. Digitized information shall be submitted before <br /> requesting a final inspection and should reflect as-built sims and architectural information <br /> as approved by the Director. <br /> <br /> Fire <br /> <br />46. All construction shall conform to the requirements of the City of Pleasanton Building and <br /> Fire Codes as adopted by Ordinance No. 1669 (automatic fire sprinkler and fire alarm <br /> systems). <br /> <br />47. Automatic fire sprinklers shall be installed as specified in Pleasanton Municipal Code, <br /> Chapter 20, Section 20.08.048. <br /> <br />48. The applicants shall submit a Hazardous Materials Management Plan (HMMP) and shall <br /> comply with Pleasanton Municipal Code, Chapter 9.16 (Hazardous Materials Storage) and <br /> the Uniform Fire Code 1994 Edition as amended by the State of California, California Fire <br /> Code 1995 Edition. <br /> <br />49. The applicant shall post address numerals on the front or primary entrance for all buildings <br /> so as to be plainly visible from all adjoining streets or driveways during both daylight and <br /> night time hours. Minimum size shall be 6 in. high by 1 in. stroke. <br /> <br />50. The development shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code (Chapter 20.24 <br /> of the Pleasanton Municipal Code). <br /> <br />51. The site shall be kept free of fire hazards from the staff of construction to final inspection. <br /> <br />52. The applicants shall install two on-site fire hydrants located on either side of the main <br /> building. Approval for the specific location of fire hydrants shall be subject to the <br /> approval of the Fire Chief and the City Engineer. <br /> <br />53. Trash enclosures which are sized to contain dumpsters with an individual capacity of 1.5 <br /> cubic yards located within five feet of combustible walls, openings, or combustible roof <br /> eaves shall be provided with an automatic fire sprinkler system. <br /> <br />54. The applicant shall ensure that fire protection facilities, including all surface roads, fire <br /> hydrants, and a water supply capable of furnishing the required fire flow shall be installed <br /> and serviceable prior to and during the time of construction. When alternate methods of <br /> protection are as approved by the Fire Chief, this requirement may be waived or modified. <br /> Proposed alternative methods of fire protection shall be submitted, in writing, to the Fire <br /> <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PUD-97-02 <br /> <br /> <br />
