Chief. Work on the alternative fire protection methods shall not start without the approval <br /> of the Fire Chief. <br /> <br />55. All roads on the site are designated as fire apparatus access roads by the Fire Chief and <br /> must be maintained in accordance with Section 10.201 of the Uniform Fire Code and be <br /> accessible at all times from the start of construction until the project is completed. <br /> <br />56. Curbs within the project site must be painted red and "No Parking - Fire Lane" signs <br /> provided as required by the vehicle code. <br /> <br />57. Each electronically controlled gate shall have Knox Box gate key override switches at the <br /> building and at the control access panel. <br /> <br /> Police <br /> <br />58. ff required by the Police Department, the building(s) shall be equipped with an alarm <br /> system, the type to be approved by the Police Department; this system shall be installed <br /> prior to occupancy of the building. <br /> <br /> Engineering <br /> <br />59. The applicant shall submit a final grading and drainage plan prepared by a licensed civil <br /> engineer depicting all final grades and on-site drainage control measures. This plan shall <br /> be subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer and/or the Director of Building <br /> Inspection prior to the issuance of any building permits. <br /> <br />60. The applicant shall submit a refundable cash bond for hazard and erosion control prior to <br /> issuance of an Engineering or Building Department permit. The mount of this bond will <br /> be determined by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />61. The haul route for all materials to and from this development shall be approved by the City <br /> Engineer prior to the issuance of an encroachment permit. <br /> <br />62. The applicant shall include erosion control measures on the final grading plan, subject to <br /> the approval of the City Engineer. The applicant is responsible for ensuring that the <br /> contractor is aware of such measures. All cut and fill slopes shall be revegetated and <br /> stabilized as soon as possible at~er completion of grading, in no case later than <br /> October 15. No grading shall occur between October 15 and April 15 unless approved <br /> erosion control measures are in place, subject to the approval of the Building Department. <br /> Such measures shall be maintained until such time as permanent landscaping is in place. <br /> <br />63. The developer shall submit a dust control plan or procedure as part of the improvement <br /> plans. <br /> <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PUD-97-02 <br /> <br /> <br />
