B. Establishment of Sub-Allocations for Categories of Projects <br /> <br /> 1. Affordable Housing Projects. Affordable housing projects shall have a <br /> sub-allocation of 50 units per year, beginning in 2001 and continuing each <br /> year thereafter. <br /> <br /> 2. Major Projects and First-Come, First-Served Projects. <br /> <br /> a. The City Council may adjust the sub-allocation of units among the <br /> "major project" and "first-come, first-served project" categories to <br /> reflect actual or projected activity among these two categories. <br /> Such a reallocation may be made by the Council at the annual <br /> review or a periodic review of the growth management program as <br /> described in section 17.36.050. <br /> <br />17.36.080 Approval Procedures. <br /> <br /> The procedures which are prerequisites for obtaining a building permit are set forth in this <br /> section for each category of project. <br /> <br /> A. Affordable Housing Project.
