Ordinance No. 1729 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />.Section 2: The City Council hereby adopts the attached ordinance, Exhibit "A", new Chapter <br /> 17.36 (Growth Management Program), and incorporates into the ordinance the <br /> findings attached hereto as Exhibit "B" . <br /> <br />Section 3: The City Council rescinds Resolution No. 93-139, "A Resolution Establishing a <br /> Modified Growth Management Allocation Program." <br /> <br /> Section 4: A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after <br /> its adoption in "The Tri-Valley Herald," a newspaper of general circulation <br /> published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for <br /> fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its <br /> adoption. <br /> <br />Section 5: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage <br /> and adoption. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on <br /> November 18, 1997. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on December 2, <br /> 1997 by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, and Mayor Tarver <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None ~ <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> 1 k <br /> <br /> Michael H.
