The applicants shall replace any of the deodar cedar trees to be removed at the <br /> comer of Hacienda and Owens Drive on a one-to-one basis. Replacement trees shall be <br /> 36 in-box sized trees. <br /> <br /> g. The developer shall include within the project design a fully screened location for a future <br /> satellite dish antenna satisfactory to the Planning Director or provide underground cable <br /> facilities to serve all users of the site.
