Ordinance No. 1732 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the First Amendment to the Development Agreement, a draft copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, the fmal form <br /> of which is to be approved by the City Attorney. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate City officials to execute the above-referenced First <br /> Amendment when approved as to form by the City Attorney and directs the City <br /> Clerk to record the document as provided in Section 65868.5 of the Govermnent <br /> Code. <br /> <br />Section 3: A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after <br /> its adoption in "The Tri-Valley Herald," a newspaper of general circulation <br /> published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for <br /> fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its <br /> adoption. <br /> <br />Section 4: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its fmal passage <br /> and adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on <br />December 9, 1997. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on January 6, <br />1998 by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Michelotti, and Vice Mayor Dennis <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Pico and Mayor Tarver <br />ABSTAIN: None ~'~ffi~.TARV~ <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Peggy~LO.
