All homes within the proposed development that share a common rear lot line with the <br /> existing homes on Maple Leaf Drive and Court shall be required to maintain a minimum rear <br /> yard setback equivalent to the homes immediately abutting the lots along their respective rear <br /> lot lines. All homes along this western property line of the project site that immediately back <br /> onto a single-stoW house in the Charter Oaks subdivision shall be a single-story home. These <br /> restrictions shall be included in the project CC&K's and shall be recorded as a deed restriction <br /> with the affected homes prior to the issuance of a building permit for these homes. <br /> <br /> LANDSCAPING AND FENCING <br /> <br /> 16. The designs of the "parkway" planter areas between the sidewalk and street curb shall be <br /> submitted for the review and approval by the Planning Director prior to the recordation of a <br /> final map for the project.
