If the developer desires to market Plan I of Neighborhoods Two and Three as containing a <br /> secondary or au pair unit. a blanket conditional use permit shall be obtained by the developer <br /> prior to the issuance of a building permit for any of these units. Otherwise, the developer <br /> shall be responsible for disclosing to potential homeowners that a conditional use permit must <br /> be obtained prior to the use of the unit as a secondary or au pair unit. <br /> <br />8. The applicant shall submit a final plotting plan showing the location of the different model <br /> types within each of the four production-home neighborhoods for the review and approval by <br /> the Planning Director prior to the reeordation of a final map. This plan should include the use <br /> of a minimum of 15% single-stoW units within each of Neighborhoods Two, Three, and Four. <br /> These single-story models shall be located on some comer lots and shall also be dispersed <br /> throughout the neighborhood. A minimum of 25% of each of the three two-stoW model types <br /> shall be used in Neighborhoods Two and Three. A minimum of 30% of each of the two <br /> two-stoW model types shall be used in Neighborhood Four. A minimum of 20% of each of <br /> the four two-stoW model types shall be used in Neighborhood Five. <br /> <br /> 9. The developer shall provide detailed architectural plans for the production homes that are <br /> generally consistent with the conceptual building elevations and floor plans. These plans shall <br /> illustrate the use of materials and design elements in a manner that produces a well-articulated <br /> <br /> <br />
