68. The existing sanitary. sewer line shall be relocated from within the proposed neighborhood <br /> park to the fight-of-way of a project street and shall be constructed using VCR pipe. All other <br /> sanitary. sewer piping shall be constructed using a minimum 8" SDR26 pipe. All sanitary <br /> sewers shall be interconnected. <br /> <br />69. The developer shall be responsible for extending all public utilities to the intersection of <br /> Busch Road and the project's entrance street at Busch Road. The developer may request <br /> pro-ram reimbursement from other benefiting properties. <br /> <br /> MISCELLANEOUS <br /> <br /> 70. The developer shall pay its proram share, as determined by the City Engineer. of the following <br /> improvements, prior to the recordation of a final map: <br /> <br /> a. The East Amador Regional Sanitary Sewer reimbursement agreement; <br /> <br /> b. the Storm Drain oversizing reimbursement agreement with Standard Pacific; and, <br /> <br /> c. the reconstruction of the intersections of Stanley Boulevard and Valley Avenue and <br /> Santa Rita Road and Valley Avenue. <br /> <br /> 71. All existing wells on the site shall be removed or sealed, filled and abandoned pursuant to <br /> Alameda County Ord.. 73-68, prior to the start of grading operations unless Zone 7 retains <br /> specific wells for observation wells, or special approval is obtained from the City Engineer for <br /> temporary use of an existing well for construction water. Any wells designated for <br /> abandonment or any wells, encountered during construction, are to be destroyed in accordance <br /> with a permit obtained from Zone 7. <br /> <br /> 72. At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as living or <br /> sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be removed from the site at <br /> the end of each work day. <br /> <br /> 73. Portable toilets used during construction shall be kept as far as possible from existing <br /> residences and shall be emptied on a regular basis as necessary to prevent odor. <br /> <br /> 74. All site improvements and house construction activities shall be limited to the hours of 8:00 <br /> a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. No construction activity shall be permitted on <br /> Sunday. All construction equipment must meet Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) noise <br /> standards and shall be equipped with muffling devices. <br /> <br /> 75. Any proposed phasing of this development shall be depicted on the final map and shall <br /> include narrative explaining the proposed phasing. Unless a phasing plan for improvements is <br /> approved by the Planning Director, the developer shall complete all of the on-site <br /> improvements at one time (including all improvements around future building pads). All <br /> remaining pad areas shall be seeded and kept in a neat and weed-free manner at all times. <br /> <br /> <br />
