g. Ensure that concrcte/gunite supply trucks or concrete/plaster operations do not <br /> discharge wash water into street. gutters. or storm drains. <br /> <br />60. The applicant shall label all on-site storm drain inlets with the wording, "No Dumping -- <br /> Drains to Bay" using City-approved methods and materials. <br /> <br />61. Prior to the commencement of any clearing, grading, or excavation. the applicant shall submit <br /> a copy of the State Water Resources Control Board Notice of Intent (NOt) and SXVPP for <br /> coverage under the State Construction Storm Water General Permit. <br /> <br /> 62. The applicant shall include erosion control/storm water quality measures on the final grading <br /> plan which shall specifically address measures to prevent soil, dirt. and debris from entering <br /> the storm drain system. Such measures may include, but are not limited to. hydroseeding, hay <br /> bales, sandbags, and siltation fences and are subject to the review and approval of the City <br /> Engineer/Director of Building Inspection. The applicant is responsible for ensuring that the <br /> contractor is aware of and implements such measures. <br /> <br /> 63. The applicant shall design the on-site drainage system for the individual lots in such a manner <br /> that the stormwater runoff is filtered through a landscape area and then transported through a <br /> drain inlet to the storm drainage system in the adjacent public street. Additionally, the <br /> developer shall work with the City to explore the design and construction of a vegetated filter <br /> in the area of the neighborhood park. The design of these details shall be submitted for <br /> review and approval of the City Engineer and Planning Director prior to approval of the final <br /> map. <br /> <br /> 64. The soils engineer shall certify the pad compactions of all lots containing fill to the <br /> satisfaction of the Director of Building Inspection prior to the issuance of building permits. <br /> <br /> 65. All utilities required to serve any existing or proposed development on-site shall be installed <br /> underground, unless otherwise determined by the City Engineer. The final design of the <br /> utility systems shall be subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer. Additionally, <br /> the developer shall underground the existing overhead utility lines along the project's frontage <br /> on Mohr Avenue. <br /> <br /> 66. Electric power distribution, gas distribution, communication service. cable television. and any <br /> required alarm systems shall be installed underground in a joint utility trench unless otherwise <br /> specifically approved by the City Engineer or Director of Building Inspection for on-site. <br /> <br /> 67. The developer's contractor(s) shall obtain an encroachment permit from the City Engineer <br /> prior to moving any construction equipment onto the site. The haul route for all materials to <br /> and from this development shall be approved by the City Engineer prior to the issuance of an <br /> encroachment permit. All construction traffic shall enter the site from an entrance at the south <br /> side of the development. i.e. Busch Road and Valley Avenue. <br /> <br /> <br />
