The irrigation plan for these planting areas <br />shall provide for automatic controls. <br /> <br />Any damage to existing street improvements during construction on the subject <br />property shall be repaired to the satisfaction of the City Engineer at full expense to <br />the developer. This shall include slurry seal, overlay, or street reconstruction if <br />deemed warranted by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />The project developer's 'contractor(s) shall obtain an encroachment permit from the <br />City Engineer prior to moving any construction equipment onto the site. <br /> <br />Street parking shall be allowed on both sides of the street where the street width is <br />thirty-two feet (32' 0") minimum, measured face-of-curb to face-of-curb, except <br />for the first block on the extension of Dennis Drive east of Trevor Parkway which <br />shall have no on-street parking. Street parking shall be allowed only on the north <br />side of the twenty-eight foot (28' 0") wide street facing the Kaiser quarry. The <br />project developer shall post "No Parking" signs at the locations specified by the <br />City engineer. <br /> <br />There shall be individual sanitary sewer and water laterals to each dwelling unit. <br />There shall be a two-way cleanout on the sanitary sewer lateral located at the back <br />of the P.S.E. <br /> <br />The foundations of all buildings adjacent to utility lines shall be designed such that <br />no weight of the structure bears on these pipes, unless otherwise approved by the <br />City Engineer and Building Official. <br /> <br />All public maintained sanitary sewers shall be interconnected unless otherwise ap- <br />proved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />The typical public street sections shall be modified as follows: <br /> <br />ao <br /> <br />The public street section shall include a P.S.E. behind the sidewalk or curb <br />(whichever is applicable) to allow public utilities to be installed.
