When appropriate, use tarps <br /> on the ground to collect fallen debris or splatters that could contribute to storm water <br /> pollution. <br /> <br /> b.) Remove all dirt, gravel, rubbish, refuse, and green waste from the street pavement, <br /> and storm drains adjoining the project site. During wet weather avoid driving vehicles off <br /> paved areas. <br /> <br /> c.) Broom sweep the public street pavement adjoining the project site on a daily basis. <br /> Caked-on mud or dirt shall be scraped from these areas before sweeping. <br /> <br /> d.) Install filter materials (such as sandbags, filter fabric, etc.) at the storm drain inlet <br /> nearest the downstream side of the project site in order to retain any debris or dirt flowing <br /> into the City storm drain system. Filter materials shall be maintained and/or replaced as <br /> necessary to ensure effectiveness and to prevent street flooding. Dispose of filter <br /> particles in the trash. <br /> <br /> e.) Create a contained and covered area on the site for the storage of bags, cement, paints, <br /> flammable, oils, fertilizers, pesticides, or any other materials used on the project site that <br /> have the potential for being discharged to the storm drain system through being <br /> windblown or in the event of a material spill. <br /> <br /> f.) Never clean machinery, tools, brushes, etc., or rinse containers into a street, gutter, or <br /> storm drain. <br /> <br /> g.) Ensure that concrete/gunite supply trucks or concrete/plasterers operations do not <br /> discharge wash water into street gutters or drains. <br /> <br /> h.) Construction access routes shall be limited to those approved by the City Engineer or <br /> Building Inspector and shall be shown on the approved grading plan. <br /> <br />49. The applicant shall record at the time of City Cotmcil approval of the final map reciprocal <br /> access, drainage, and utility easements for the lots as shown on the development plan and <br /> as deemed necessary by the City Engineer. Such easements shall be shown on the <br /> tentative map. <br /> <br />50. The applicant shall dedicate to the City for street right-of-way purposes those parcels of <br /> land intended to be public streets. <br /> <br />51. The applicant shall grant an easement to the City over those parcels needed for public <br /> service easements (P.S.E.) and which are approved by the City Engineer or other <br /> easements which may be designated by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />SR:98:89 <br />Page 14 <br /> <br /> 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
