1. Excessive leakage of oil, grease, gas or any other substance from any part <br />of the taxicab. <br /> <br /> 2. The existence of any defects in the frame of the taxicab. <br /> <br /> 3. The failure of any movable pans of the car affecting public safety, <br />including doors, windows, hoods, trunks, lights, etc., to function in the proper working order. <br /> <br /> 4. Failure to maintain the tires, lights, turning signals, or brakes in good and <br />safe operating condition. <br /> <br /> 5. Failure to maintain the motor and other mechanical parts of the car in good <br />and safe operating condition. <br /> <br /> 6. Failure to have an adequate exhaust system that complies with State law <br />properly installed and in good working condition. <br /> <br /> 7. Improper maintenance of the exterior paint, in the proper color scheme. <br /> 8. Failure to have adequate interior lighting in proper working condition. <br /> <br /> 9. Failure to clean the interior: The interior of every taxicab shall be <br />thoroughly cleaned at least once in every twenty-four (24) hours. <br /> <br /> 10. Failure to clean the exterior: The exterior of every taxicab shall be <br />thoroughly cleaned at least once every seven (7) days. <br /> <br /> 11. Any other condition which would reasonably deem the vehicle unsuitable <br /> for service. <br /> <br /> 6.40.230 Manifests: <br /> <br /> A. The driver of every taxicab shall keep a separate manifest of every service <br /> rendered and shall include the following information: <br /> <br /> 1.
