surface water overflow. This plan shall be subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer and/or the Director of Building Inspection prior to the issuance of any building permits. 20. The applicant shall comply with the recommendations of the tree report prepared by Hortscience dated "Received" February 12, 1998. No trees shall be removed. No tree trimming or pruning other than that specified in the tree report shall occur. Subsequent tree reports may be required, at the discretion of the Planning Director, for any of the trees on this site as part of the design review process for the individual custom homes. Protective chain link or nylon fencing shall be installed around the existing trees to be saved during all construction activities. In addition, the following tree preservation methods shall be followed: a.) No oil, gasoline, chemicals, or other harmful materials shall be deposited or disposed within the dripline of the trees. b.) No signs, wires, or ropes shall be attached to the trees. c.) No stockpiling/storage of fill, etc., shall take place underneath or within 5' of the dripline of the existing trees. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in a stop-work order. 2 1. The applicant and/or property owner shall pay any and all fees to which the property may be subject prior to recordation of the final map and the issuance of building permits. The type and amount of the fees shall be those in effect at the time the final map is recorded and the building permits are issued. Building 22. Portable toilets used during construction shall be kept as far as possible from existing residences and shall be emptied on a regular basis as necessary to prevent odor. 23. All site improvements and house construction activities shall be limited to the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. All construction equipment must meet DMV noise standards and shall be equipped with muffling devices. 24. At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as living or sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be removed from the site at the end of each work day.
