This plan shall be subject to the review and approval of the City <br /> Engineer and/or the Director of Building Inspection prior to the issuance of any building <br /> permits. <br /> <br />20. The applicant shall comply with the recommendations of the tree report prepared by <br /> Hortscience dated "Received" February 12, 1998. No trees shall be removed. No tree <br /> trimming or pruning other than that specified in the tree report shall occur. Subsequent <br /> tree reports may be required, at the discretion of the Planning Director, for any of the <br /> trees on this site as part of the design review process for the individual custom homes. <br /> Protective chain link or nylon fencing shall be installed around the existing trees to be <br /> saved during all construction activities. In addition, the following tree preservation <br /> methods shall be followed: <br /> <br /> a.) No oil, gasoline, chemicals, or other harmful materials shall be deposited or <br /> disposed within the dripline of the trees. <br /> <br /> b.) No signs, wires, or ropes shall be attached to the trees. <br /> <br /> c.) No stockpiling/storage of fill, etc., shall take place underneath or within 5' of the <br /> dripline of the existing trees. <br /> <br /> Failure to comply with these requirements may result in a stop-work order. <br /> <br />2 1. The applicant and/or property owner shall pay any and all fees to which the property may <br /> be subject prior to recordation of the final map and the issuance of building permits. The <br /> type and amount of the fees shall be those in effect at the time the final map is recorded <br /> and the building permits are issued. <br /> <br />Building <br /> <br />22. Portable toilets used during construction shall be kept as far as possible from existing <br /> residences and shall be emptied on a regular basis as necessary to prevent odor. <br /> <br />23. All site improvements and house construction activities shall be limited to the hours of <br /> 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. All construction equipment must meet <br /> DMV noise standards and shall be equipped with muffling devices. <br /> <br />24. At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as living or <br /> sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be removed from the <br /> site at the end of each work day. <br /> <br /> <br />
