Any wells designated for abandonment or any wells, <br /> encountered during construction, are to be destroyed in accordance with a permit <br /> obtained from Zone 7. <br /> <br />66 All existing septic tanks or holding tanks shall be removed or sealed, filled, and <br /> abandoned, pursuant to the requirements of the Alameda County Department of <br /> Health Services. Existing homes shall connect to the public sewer system. <br /> <br />67- All utilities required to serve any existing or proposed development on-site shall be <br /> installed underground, unless otherwise determined by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />68. The haul route for all materials to and from this development shall be approved by <br /> the City Engineer prior to the issuance of an encroachment permit. Access shall be <br /> from Foothill Road exclusively. <br /> <br />69. The applicant shall include erosion control measures on the final grading plan,. <br /> subject 'to the approval of the City Engineer. The applicant is responsible <br /> ensuring that the contractor is aware of such measures. All cut and fill slopes shall <br /> be re;~'egetated and stabilized as soon as possible after completion of grading, in no <br /> case later than October 15. No grading shall occur between October 15 and April <br /> 15 unless approved erosion control measures are in place, subject to the approval <br /> of the Building Department. Such measures shall be maintained until such time as <br /> permanent landscaping is in place <br /> <br />70. The developer shall submit a dust control plan or procedure as part of the. <br /> improvement plans. <br /> <br />7 !. Storm drainage swales, gutters, inlets, outfalls, and channels not within the area of <br /> a dedicated public street or public service easement approved by the City Engineer <br /> shall be privately maintained by the property owners or through an association <br /> approved by the City. <br /> <br />72. The design of the water supply and sanitary sewer systems shall be subject to the <br /> review and approval of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />73. Approval of the storm drainage system shall be subject to the review and approval <br /> of the City Engineer and Zone 7, as applicable, that the system is adequate, <br /> connects to an approved point of discharge, meets any and all applicable <br /> requirements of the Alameda County Flood Control District - Zone 7, meets any <br /> <br /> PUD-96-14 <br /> <br /> <br />
