The applicant shall submit two copies of the site soils report to the Director of <br /> Building Inspection for third party peer review and shall pay for such review at the <br /> time specified by the Director, but in all cases before the issuance of a grading <br /> permit. <br /> <br />42. The applicant shall submit record tract grading plans showing: 1) the elevation of <br /> all four comers of the site as well as the center of the site, 2) all top and toe of <br /> slope elevations, and 3)the top and toe of all retaining-wall elevations. The <br /> record grading plan is to be submitted to the Director of Building Inspection before <br /> the first house final. <br /> <br />43. The soils engineer shall certify the pad compactions of all lots containing ~l}~ to the <br /> satisfaction of the Director of Building Inspection prior to the issuance of building <br /> permits. <br /> <br />44. Building and situs plans are to be submitted to the Building Department on <br /> computer disk in a format approvcd by the Chief Building Official. The applicant shall post address numerals on each building so as Io be plainly <br /> visible froth all adjoining streets or driveways during both daylight and night time <br /> hours. <br /> <br />47. The development shall meet all the requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code <br /> (Chapter 20.24 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code). <br /> <br />48.
