The overall project site is unincorporated and is located at 11393 Dublin Canyon Road. The Planning Commission will also consider the negative declaration prepared for the project. City Licensing of a Portion of an 18.58 Parcel on Bernal Avenue South of Stanley Boulevard and North of the Arroyo Del Valle Determination that the City licensing of an approximately 2.5-acre portion of an undeveloped 18.58-acre parcel (APN 946-4542-044-002) for public park use is in conformance with the General Plan. The subject parcel is located on the east side of Bemal Avenue, South of Stanley Boulevard, and directly north of the Arroyo Del Valle. The parcel has a general Plan land use designation of Retail/Highway/Service Commercial, Business and Professional Office. The zoning designation is Planned Unit Development- Commercial (PUD-C).
