3. MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br /> <br />AGENDA <br /> <br />There were none. <br /> <br />4. REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Mr. Plucker stated that Item Nos. 6.a. and 6.b. will be continued to the December 8, 1999 meeting and <br />Item No. 6.c. will be continued indefinitely. <br /> <br />5. MATTERS CONTINUED FOR DECISION <br /> <br />There were none. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />PUD-99-03, William Kolb, Donna Miller, and Gene and Carol Strom <br />Application for PUD pre-zoning and PUD development plan approval for a residential <br />subdivision consisting of 12 single-family custom lots, open space and public park uses, and <br />public street and infrastructure improvements located on approximately 55.4 acres; and a <br />senior care facility located on approximately 5.22 acres. The overall project site is <br />unincorporated and is located at 11393 Dublin Canyon Road. The Planning Commission <br />will also consider the negative declaration prepared for the project. <br /> <br />Continued to December 8, 1999. <br /> <br />1999 Growth Management Report and Requests for Reallocations from Green briar <br />Homes (Bridle Creek), Trident Associates (Castlewood Estates), and Black Mountain <br />Development (Carriage Gardens) <br /> <br />Continued to December 8, 1999. <br /> <br />City Licensing of a Portion of an 18.58 Parcel on Bernal Avenue South of Stanley <br />Boulevard and North of the Arroyo Del Valle <br />Determination that the City licensing of an approximately 2.5-acre portion of an undeveloped <br />18.58-acre parcel (APN 946-4542-044-002) for public park use is in conformance with the <br />General Plan. The subject parcel is located on the east side of Bemal Avenue, South of Stanley <br />Boulevard, and directly north of the Arroyo Del Valle. The parcel has a general Plan land use <br />designation of Retail/Highway/Service Commercial, Business and Professional Office.
