Commissioner Kumaran requested that Page 10, second paragraph, be amended to read, "Further, that <br />the Conunission's decision of putting the interest ... <br /> <br />Chairperson Roberts requested that Page 15, first paragraph, be amended to read, "... could be reduced <br />iffurther testing indicated such." Further, that the next line be amended to read, "... in the way the <br />residents desire testing to occur supervised by independent agencies" and deleting the line which states, <br />"She expressed concern with future problems occurring with timing and with issues relating to the <br />project not being disclosed." Further, that the last line be amended to read, "...that future thorough <br />testing be performed." <br /> <br />The October 7, 1999, Planning Commission minutes were approved, as corrected. <br /> <br />Minutes of October 13, 1999 <br /> <br />Commissioner Kameny noted that he should be indicated in the roll call as absent. <br /> <br />Commissioner Maas requested that Page 8, last paragraph, be amended to reflect that any type of <br />signage or flag should be in proportion to the building. <br /> <br />Chairperson Roberts requested that Page 7, be amended to read, "... that this business park has many <br />auto businesses demanding parking ..." Further, that the last line be amended to read," ...due to cars <br />needing sufficient drive aisles to get through this area." <br /> <br />Chairperson Roberts requested that Page 11, be amended to read, "Chairperson Roberts noted that this <br />item will be continued to the October 27, 1999 meeting for decision due to the split vote." <br /> <br />Chairperson Roberts requested that Page 17, be amended to read, "She noted that cutting and filling is <br />being utilized to make the land fit the houses rather than the housesfit the land." <br /> <br />The October 13, 1999, Planning Commission minutes were approved, as corrected. <br /> <br />Mr. Roush introduced Phil Grubstick, the Assistant Director Of Public Works and City Engineer. <br /> <br />3. MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br /> <br /> AGENDA <br /> <br />There were none. <br /> <br />4. REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Mr. Plucker stated that Item Nos. 6.e. and 6.f. will be continued to the November 10, 1999 meeting. <br /> <br />Chairperson Roberts noted that the Commission has a policy of not introducing a new subject after <br />11:00 p.m. <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES 2 October 27, 1999 <br /> <br /> <br />
