Zoning for the property is PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development) - LDR (LoTM Density Residential) District. The Planning <br />Commission will also consider the Negative Declaration prepared for the application. <br /> <br />Continued Indefinitely <br /> <br />PUD-88-16-2M, George Apostolopolous <br />Application for a major modification to PUD-88-16 to allow the construction ora seven-foot <br />high solid privacy fence along a portion of the rear property line of an existing residence located <br />8031 Bethel Lane. The PUD development plan for this subdivision permits only open fencing <br />along the property lines. Zoning for the property is PUD-LDR (Planned Unit Development-Low <br />Density Residential) District. <br /> <br />Continued indefinitely. <br /> <br />7. MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Sullivan requested that staff provide an update on the San Francisco Bemal property. <br />Ms. Seto provided an overview of the upcoming process once additional information relating to soil <br />testing becomes available. Mr. Sullivan requested that staff also provide information relating to what <br />kind of soils tests were performed, whether a report of results will be prepared, and location of borings. <br />Mr. Iserson noted that information will be made available to the Commission when it is received. Mr. <br />Sullivan noted his desire for the Commission to examine the test results, protocol, and analysis <br />performed of the San Francisco Bemal property. He noted the importance of the test results being made <br />a part of the formal process. Further, he stated he would like a copy of the report before the City <br />Council's public hearing on the property. <br /> <br />Commissioner Roberts inquired as to whether or not the speed limit on Vineyard Avenue was suppose to <br />to be reduced prior to any Vineyard Corridor construction. <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES Page 7 August 11, 1999 <br /> <br /> <br />
