ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: <br /> <br />Jerry Iserson, Principal Planner; Larissa Seto, Assistant City Attorney; <br />Roger Higdon, Assistant Director Public Works; and Deanne Helgesen, <br />Recording Secretary <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: <br /> <br />Commissioners Harvey Kameny, Kris Kumaran, Mary Roberts, and Matt <br />Sullivan <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: Commissioner Trish Maas <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />JULY 7, 1999 DRAFT MINUTES <br /> <br />Chairperson Kumaran requested that page 6 be amended to read, "suggested using funds to purchase <br />existing apartments for affordable housing." <br /> <br />Chairperson Kumaran noted that the minutes should include there was a consensus from the <br />Commission that there not be a fee cap for the San Francisco Bernal property. <br /> <br />Commissioner Roberts requested that the July 7, 1999 minutes include the summary from staff relating <br />to the commissioners' comments. <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES Page 1 July 14, 1999 <br /> <br /> <br />
