In conclusion, he requested that staff provide updates of Zone 7 water agency actions for the <br /> arroyo and noted that there are too many outstanding issues on the property to make a decision. <br /> <br /> Discussion ensued relating to who the lead agency is for the project. <br /> <br /> Mike Koenig, 3425 Isle Royal Court, expressed concern with the density of project and its effects on the <br /> infrastructure. Further, that a referendum should be issued to the residents due to unresolved issues. <br /> <br /> The applicant commented on Mr. Cordtz's statements and stated that the decision making process is <br /> between the mayors of the two cities and at the present time there is no formal plan for the property. <br /> <br /> Mr. Dan Parker provided a power point presentation of the berms of the project along 1-680. He <br /> requested that the commissioners visit 1-680 to view the proposed property between Sunol Boulevard <br /> and Bernal at the low spots to envision where berms will be located. <br /> <br />The developer noted that the applicant has been working closely with staffto ensure that a project is <br />developed that meets the City's satisfaction. He noted that the Commission concerns have been voiced <br />and that the project should be presented to the City Council. He commented on issues relating to the <br />Arroyo and noted that issues need to be addressed relating to Zone 7. The developer noted that issues <br />relating to affordable housing and the transit hub are still being addressed by the applicant and staff. <br /> <br />The applicant provided a slide presentation illustrating the development including density of <br />project, design of project. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued relating to issues that will be addressed at the June 28, 1999 Commission meeting. <br />Chairperson Kumaran requested that a comparison be provided of other projects in Pleasanton. <br />Commissioner Maas requested that staff provide a table of contents for corresponding material. <br /> <br />7.
